• Our shop, just 5 minutes from the airport, offers air-conditioned comfort, charging stations, clean restrooms, secure luggage storage, lockers, and a selection of coffee, food, and beverages.

 

What are your shop hours?

• We are open from 8am-5pm daily, except Sundays.

 

Can I pick up or drop off rental gear outside of shop hours?

• When our shop is closed, use our convenient locker near the shop and airport, accessible daily from 6 AM to 10 PM.

Can you help me plan my trip?

 

• Absolutely! We’re happy to answer your questions and guide you to the best resources for booking your campsites.

 

Do I need to make a reservation at a campsite, or can I just pull over on the side of the road and set up camp?

 

• Maui does not allow roadside camping (“boon-docking”). Reservations are required at designated campsites. If the main campsites on the island are booked, try looking at Hipcamp and Airbnb. Locals sometimes list their private land for visitors to camp on those platforms.

What if I can’t find anything on Hipcamp or Airbnb?

 

• As a special perk, we can connect you with locals who may offer camping spots on their private land.

 

Can we get an airport pick up and drop off?

 

• Yes, this is available as an add-on service.

Are pick up and drop off times flexible?

 

• We aim to accommodate early or late requests, confirming availability one day before your reservation.

 

Will I need a sleeping bag?

 

• It depends on your plans. Higher elevations can get chilly (60°F), but for most of Maui’s climate, sleeping bags might be unnecessary. We provide complimentary sleeping bags for vehicle renters upon request (max 2 per vehicle, with extras available as add-ons)
